  • Other Issues: Refunds for any other issues will only be considered if there is proper discussion and agreement from both parties. Without such discussion, no refunds will be issued.

SEO Services

  • Payment: A 100% fee as per the contract is required before the commencement of SEO services.
  • Cancellation by Client: If the client wishes to cancel the SEO service within 48 hours of payment, 50% of the fee will be refunded. After 48 hours, the fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we decide to cancel the SEO service for any reason, a full 100% refund will be issued to the client.
  • Results Not Met: Refunds will not be provided for issues related to unmet expectations or results, as SEO is a dynamic process and outcomes may vary.

Social Media Marketing

  • Payment: A 100% fee as per the contract is required before the commencement of Social Media Marketing services.
  • Cancellation by Client: If the client wishes to cancel the Social Media Marketing service within 48 hours of payment, 50% of the fee will be refunded. After 48 hours, the fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we decide to cancel the Social Media Marketing service for any reason, a full 100% refund will be issued to the client.

  • Proper Discussion: Any disputes or issues that may arise during the course of our services should be addressed through proper discussion between both parties. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and finding mutually agreeable solutions.
