Summary. Digiliance is a SaaS platform for labour law compliance in India. It launched with no domain authority, a jargon-heavy website and a long list of technical and on-page problems. Within four quarters it was ranking for competitive terms such as “new labour law codes” and “labour law compliance software”, pulling in 150+ qualified enterprise leads from organic search and being cited in AI-generated answers.
The starting point
- A newly built product in a competitive compliance niche with no established brand.
- Weak information architecture: services, features and legal content mixed on the same pages.
- URL, development and on-page issues that blocked indexing of key pages.
- Copy written for lawyers, not for the HR and finance managers who actually search.
What we did
- Rebuilt the website and information architecture. Separate hubs for the product, compliance topics by law and by state, and commercial pages for each buyer type.
- Technical and on-page SEO. Fixed crawl and indexing issues, cleaned URLs, added structured data and rewrote titles and headings around commercial intent.
- Commercial-intent keyword strategy. Mapped the queries HR and finance teams use when they are choosing software, not only when they are reading about law.
- Brand authority building. Earned mentions and links from HR, payroll and compliance publications.
- AEO and LLM search optimisation. Structured the content so that Bing Copilot, ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers could cite it: direct answers, definitions, tables and FAQ schema.

What we learned
A product that explains the law well is not the same as a product that ranks for buyers. The traffic that produced leads came from pages written for people evaluating software, supported by the legal explainers that built authority. Separating the two was the single biggest change.
“Built search visibility, AI visibility and commercial intent into the product’s growth engine.”
