Email and WhatsApp marketing services for Indian businesses
Zuptek provides email and WhatsApp marketing services that turn the leads you already have into customers, and customers into repeat buyers. In India, WhatsApp is where people actually read messages and email is where decisions get documented, so we run both from one plan. We set up the WhatsApp Business API, build opt-in lists, write and send campaigns, automate follow-ups and report on revenue, for clinics, schools, D2C stores, real estate developers, B2B suppliers and service businesses across India, from our head office in Faridabad. This is one of our digital marketing services, and it works best alongside the traffic from SEO and ads.

Coaching institutes, schools and colleges
that handle thousands of admission enquiries each season and lose most of them to slow follow-up.

B2B businesses

How we work
Audit and setup (weeks 1 to 2).
We review your existing lists, tools and consent, then set up the WhatsApp API, email platform, domain authentication and integrations.
Flows first (weeks 2 to 4).
Automated flows go live before campaigns because they earn continuously: welcome, cart recovery, reminders, review requests.
Campaign calendar (month 1 onwards).
Monthly plan tied to your offers, festivals, admission cycles or product launches. You approve copy and creatives.
Testing (ongoing).
Subject lines, send times, template formats and offers tested each month.
Report and refine (monthly).
We review revenue and leads per channel and shift effort to what performs.

Email and WhatsApp marketing pricing
Each plan is priced after a free audit of your lists, tools and current flows, so you get a fixed, itemised quote before anything is set up. Quotes exclude 18% GST and exclude per-message platform costs, which are billed by Meta and your email provider directly to you. Meta publishes its current WhatsApp rates by country and message category on its WhatsApp Business Platform pricing page; marketing messages cost more than utility messages. We set up accounts in your name so you own the data.
Setup only
Custom quote, one-time. WhatsApp Business API onboarding, templates, email platform setup with domain authentication, two automated flows and training for your team.
Starter
Custom quote, billed monthly. Up to 4 WhatsApp broadcasts and 2 email campaigns per month, 3 automated flows maintained, monthly report. For lists up to 10,000 contacts.
Growth (most chosen)
Custom quote, billed monthly. Up to 8 broadcasts and 4 email campaigns, 6 automated flows, segmentation, chatbot menu, A/B testing, fortnightly reporting. For lists up to 50,000 contacts.
Scale
Custom quote, billed monthly. Unlimited campaigns within platform limits, advanced flows, CRM integration, shared inbox management support, weekly reporting. For larger lists and multi-brand accounts.
Contact us for a quote if you need SMS, IVR or CRM integration beyond this scope.
What we measure
Email and WhatsApp results are measured in revenue and leads, not opens. For ecommerce clients we report revenue per flow and per campaign from Shopify or WooCommerce data, cart recovery rate and repeat purchase rate. For service businesses we report replies, appointments booked, enquiries reactivated and cost per conversation. We publish case studies as clients give permission; see our SEO case study for an example of how we document results.

Is bulk WhatsApp marketing legal in India?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API with opt-in from the recipient and approved message templates. Sending bulk messages from unofficial tools or modified apps violates WhatsApp’s terms, gets numbers banned and can breach data protection law. We only work through the official API.
What does WhatsApp Business API cost in India?
There are three parts. Meta charges per message, with marketing messages priced higher than utility messages such as order updates; current India rates are listed on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform pricing page and are revised periodically. Your business solution provider may add a platform fee, which varies by provider. Our management fee is separate and quoted after a free audit.
What is the difference between WhatsApp Business app and WhatsApp Business API?
The app is free, runs on one phone and suits very small businesses. The API allows multiple agents, automation, integrations, broadcasts to large opted-in lists and a green tick, with no phone required. Businesses sending more than a few hundred messages a week need the API.
Do I need DLT registration for WhatsApp?
No. DLT registration is a TRAI requirement for commercial SMS in India, not for WhatsApp. If your flows include SMS fallbacks or OTPs, we handle DLT registration for sender IDs and templates as part of setup.
Which email tool is best for a small business in India, Mailchimp or Brevo?
Brevo is usually cheaper for Indian businesses because it charges per email sent rather than per contact and includes WhatsApp and SMS. Mailchimp has stronger templates and ecommerce reporting. For Shopify stores we often recommend Klaviyo. We set up whichever fits your list size and budget.
How do I build an email or WhatsApp list from scratch?
Add opt-in to every touchpoint: website forms, checkout, QR codes at your counter, click-to-WhatsApp ads, lead magnets such as price lists or checklists, and event registrations. We set these up in the first month, so every visit, call and order has a way to join your list.
