Custom web application development for portals, dashboards and internal tools
Zuptek Infotech provides custom web application development for businesses across India and abroad that have outgrown spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and off-the-shelf software. We build customer portals, admin dashboards, booking and order systems, and integrations with Tally, Zoho, Razorpay and your CRM, using Laravel, Node.js and React. Every project begins with a paid two-week discovery that produces a written specification and a fixed price per phase.

Brands we have worked with across the group

Who it is for
Manufacturers and distributors
that take orders by phone and WhatsApp and re-enter them into Tally or Excel by hand.
Service businesses
such as clinics, labs, coaching centres and logistics firms that need booking, scheduling or job tracking their staff and customers can both see.
Startups
that need a working product for a first set of customers without a full engineering team.
Businesses with a SaaS tool that almost fits
and are paying per-seat fees for features they do not use.
Businesses with a WordPress site
that now need logins, user roles, data and workflows a plugin cannot handle.
What you get
Discovery and specification
- Workshops with the people who will use the system, not only the people who are buying it

- Fixed price and timeline per phase, with the specification as the contract
Stack and architecture
- Laravel or Node.js on the back end, React or Vue on the front end, MySQL or PostgreSQL for data
- Hosted on AWS Mumbai, DigitalOcean Bangalore or your own servers
- Role-based access, audit logs, two-factor login and encrypted data at rest
- Source code in a Git repository you own from day one

- Training, admin documentation and a recorded walkthrough
- 60 days of bug-fix warranty after go-live
How we work
A focused first version with one or two user roles takes 10 to 16 weeks. Larger systems are delivered in phases so you start using the first one while the next is built.
Discovery (weeks 1 to 2).
Workshops, process maps, specification, wireframes, phased fixed price. Paid, and yours to take elsewhere if you choose.
Design (weeks 3 to 4).
Screen designs for every role, approved by the users.
Build in sprints (weeks 5 to 14).
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. You see working software every fortnight.
Integrate and test (weeks 13 to 16).
Third-party integrations, data migration from spreadsheets or old systems, user acceptance testing.
Go-live and warranty (week 16 onwards).
Launch, training, 60-day warranty, then an optional support retainer.

How this compares with WordPress and other options is covered in our website development cost guide.
Proof
Custom software is judged by whether people use it and whether it removed the manual work it was meant to remove. We define those measures in discovery, for example hours of manual data entry removed, order errors, or tickets resolved without a phone call, and report against them after go-live. Ask us for a walkthrough of relevant past work during your discovery call.

How much does a custom web application cost in India?
It depends on the number of user roles, workflows and integrations. A small internal tool for one team costs much less than a customer portal with payments, or a multi-module system used by several departments. The two-week discovery produces a fixed price per phase, so the number is known before the build begins. Our website development cost guide explains how custom builds compare with WordPress.
Why is discovery paid?
Because it is real work that produces a usable document: specification, wireframes and a quote any vendor could build from. It also stops the project being priced on guesses. The fee is credited against the build if you continue with us.
Which technology do you use?
Laravel or Node.js for the back end, React or Vue for the front end, MySQL or PostgreSQL for data, hosted in India. We choose based on your team, your integrations and who will maintain the system later. The code is standard and well documented so other developers can take it on.
Can you integrate with Tally or Zoho?
Yes. Tally integration through its XML interface or a connector, Zoho through its APIs. We also connect Razorpay, WhatsApp Business API, Shiprocket and most systems with a documented API.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository, the servers and all credentials are in your name. There are no licence fees to us after delivery.
What happens after launch?
A 60-day warranty covers bugs. After that, most clients keep a support retainer for monitoring, patches and improvements. You can also hand the code to an in-house team at any point.
