Website maintenance services so your site stays fast, safe and online
Zuptek Infotech provides website maintenance services for businesses across India and abroad, from our head office in Faridabad. A maintenance plan covers the work a website needs every month and nobody remembers until it breaks: core and plugin updates, daily off-site backups, uptime and security monitoring, and a fixed number of hours for the small changes your team keeps asking for. Each plan is a fixed monthly fee quoted after a free onboarding audit, with no long contracts.

How we work
Onboarding takes about a week. Urgent fixes found during onboarding are quoted separately if they exceed the first month’s change hours.

We review hosting, plugins, backups, security and speed, fix anything urgent, and document the stack.
Access and monitoring setup (week 1).

Monthly cycle.
Updates on a set day each week, backups daily, monitoring always on, changes as requested.
Monthly report.
Delivered on the first working day of the following month.

For Business and Store plans: what changed, what to improve, what hours were used.

Every plan is priced after a free onboarding audit, because the work depends on your platform, plugins and how many changes you need. Quotes exclude 18% GST. Hosting, domain, SSL and plugin licences are paid by you directly. Billing is monthly in advance.
Maintenance is one of the recurring costs most website quotes leave out. See the full list in our website development cost guide.
Proof
Maintenance is judged by what does not happen: no downtime you noticed, no hack, no broken form found by a customer first. Your monthly report shows the evidence for your own site: uptime, updates applied, backups taken, security events and hours used.

Anything else? Call +91 98218 37342 or write to [email protected].
What does website maintenance include?
Software updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring, SSL checks, and a fixed number of hours for content changes and small fixes each month. Business plans add staging tests, malware cleanup, speed checks and reporting.
How much does website maintenance cost in India?
It depends on the platform, the number of plugins, how much monitoring you need and how many change hours are included. A brochure site needs far less than a WooCommerce store. We quote a fixed monthly fee, plus GST, after a free onboarding audit. Our website development cost guide lists the other recurring costs to budget for.
Do I need maintenance if my site is on Shopify or Wix?
Less of it. Those platforms handle updates and hosting. You still benefit from monitoring, content changes, app or theme updates and checkout testing, which our Store plan covers.
Can you maintain a site you did not build?
Yes, and many of the sites we look after were built by someone else. The onboarding audit tells us what we are taking on, and anything needing a one-time fix is quoted before we start.
What counts as a change request?
Editing text or images, adding a page from an existing template, updating a menu, changing a form, uploading documents, fixing a broken element. New designs, new features and integrations are quoted separately.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. Plans are billed monthly with no long contract. On cancellation you receive a final backup and a list of all accounts and credentials.
