Website speed optimisation that passes Core Web Vitals on real phones
Zuptek Infotech provides website speed optimisation for WordPress, WooCommerce and custom sites owned by businesses across India and abroad. We measure on a mid-range Android phone over 4G, because that is how most of your visitors arrive, and we fix the causes rather than the score: server response, caching, images, scripts, fonts and layout shifts. You receive before and after reports from PageSpeed Insights and Search Console, and a fixed price before we start.

Brands we have worked with across the group

Who it is for
Sites with a mobile PageSpeed score under 50
and a Search Console Core Web Vitals report full of “poor” URLs.
Businesses running ads
to pages that take 5 seconds to load, where every second lost is paid clicks bouncing.
WooCommerce stores
where product pages and checkout crawl, and cart abandonment is high.
Sites on cheap shared hosting
with a 2-second server response before the page even starts loading.
Elementor sites
with heavy templates, sliders and 30 plugins that each load their own scripts.
What you get
Measurement
- Baseline from PageSpeed Insights lab data, Chrome User Experience Report field data and Search Console
- Tests on a real mid-range Android phone over 4G, not only a desktop simulation
- The five slowest templates identified: home, service page, blog post, product page, checkout
- A written diagnosis listing every cause with its expected gain
Hosting and server
- Server response time (TTFB) measured and fixed through caching or a hosting move
- LiteSpeed server with LSCache, or Nginx with page caching, on Indian or Mumbai-region servers
- PHP 8 and database optimisation, with transient and revision cleanup
- CDN with Indian edge locations for static files
Images and media
- Conversion to WebP or AVIF, correct dimensions per breakpoint, compression without visible loss
- Lazy loading below the fold, eager loading for the hero image
- Video embeds replaced with facades so YouTube does not load until clicked
Code and scripts
- Unused CSS and JavaScript removed or deferred, critical CSS inlined
- Fonts hosted locally, subset and preloaded, with font-display set to avoid invisible text
- Third-party scripts such as chat widgets, pixels and maps loaded after interaction or through Tag Manager
- Plugin audit with removals and lighter replacements
Layout stability and interactivity
- Cumulative Layout Shift fixed by reserving space for images, ads and embeds
- Interaction to Next Paint improved by breaking up long tasks and trimming heavy scripts
- Elementor and page builder settings tuned: flexbox containers, disabled unused widgets, optimised DOM
Verification
- After report on the same URLs and the same phone
- Search Console Core Web Vitals monitored for 28 days until field data updates
- Documentation of every change so your developer or our maintenance plan keeps it in place

Results
We report lab and field data for the same URLs before and after, and we count the result as done only when Search Console’s field data moves to “good”. Your after report shows the change in mobile PageSpeed score, Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift on the same URLs and the same phone.

Anything else? Call +91 98218 37342 or write to [email protected].
Does website speed affect Google rankings?
Yes, though modestly. Core Web Vitals are a confirmed ranking signal. The larger effect is on visitors: slow pages lose a share of users before they load, and that hurts conversions and ad costs directly.
What is a good PageSpeed score?
Aim for 80 or above on mobile and all three Core Web Vitals in the “good” range: LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds, CLS under 0.1. The field data in Search Console matters more than any single lab score.
Will speed optimisation change how my site looks?
No. We keep the design as it is. Where a slider or animation is the cause of the problem we tell you and recommend a replacement, and you decide.
Do I need to change hosting?
Often, if you are on shared hosting with slow server response. Moving to a LiteSpeed or managed WordPress host is often the single biggest gain, and it need not be expensive. The audit tells you whether it is necessary.
Can you speed up an Elementor site?
Yes. Elementor sites can pass Core Web Vitals on mobile with the right settings, a lean base theme, local fonts, image work and a plugin cleanup. Many slow Elementor sites are slow because of hosting and plugins, not Elementor itself.
How long do the results last?
As long as the site is maintained. New plugins, large uploaded images and theme updates can undo the work. Our maintenance plans include a monthly speed check for this reason.
